Kicksly is committed to delivering an superior customer experience. We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we will help.
Here's what you need to know about processing a return:
Return requests must be submitted here within 3 days after the item has been delivered.
The item being returned must be unworn and in the original condition that it was received in.
If a return is accepted, we will issue a credit for the original purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. No refunds will be granted.
The item being returned must be shipped to Kicksly within 3 days after the return is accepted.
Only domestic U.S. orders at kicksly.com are eligible for returns. International orders (except when there is a fulfillment error), items purchased in our retail location, and items purchased through a sale or promotion are not eligible for returns.
Shipping and Handling
We do not accept C.O.D.’s on returned and exchanged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please contact our returns department with any questions: email@example.com.Please note that we do not cover the cost of duties or taxes for their respective territories.
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible so they get to customers faster. This means we cannot cancel an order after the shipping process has begun. We will do our best to process cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Cancellation requests submitted after the shipping process has begun are subject to our standard return policy
KickSly does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe you recieved the wrong product, please clearly explain the mistake via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. KickSly will reimburse shipping charges, only on items declared defective (up to $10.00).
Early Access items are limited to one pair per customer. Orders placed for Early Access items are not guaranteed until tracking information is confirmed.
